Gongs at the Garden
Have you ever experienced the resonance of large gongs inside the Garden?
On June 8 and 9, join us for Gongs in the Garden, an indoor-outdoor evening of sound and stillness.
Move through the paths, courtyards, and quiet spaces at your own pace before settling into the Hall of One Hundred Rivers for a 75-minute gong experience led by Aravind Vanchesan of Theta Space.
This is a deeply restorative, lying-down experience with no effort, movement, or prior meditation experience required. Guests will be guided through grounding, intention setting, breathwork, and a full gong journey designed to support deep rest and inner stillness.
The session features large gongs, including two 38-inch Sun Gongs, creating a layered resonance that many experience as spacious, timeless, and deeply calming.
