Join us for Nature Nurtures, a restorative afternoon designed to help you unplug, move intentionally, and reconnect with nature.
Dr. Tara Tiger Brown, nature-based health researcher and forest therapy guide, will lead a nature bathing walk through the Garden’s living collection. Following this, Zoë Kaede Weaver will offer a grounding Hatha yoga session in Wharton Glade, where sunlight filters through towering Douglas firs and the sounds of the forest create a calming backdrop.

Whether you’re coming on your own or with friends, this session offers a meaningful pause and an opportunity to connect with yourself, with nature, and with the living landscape around you.

All proceeds support the preservation and public programs of UBC Botanical Garden.

Cost: $15
