UBC Botanical Garden Lunar New Year Market

UBC Botanical Garden’s Annual Lunar New Year Market celebrates the Year of the Snake! All are invited to experience the cultural traditions and connect with the Asian Garden, with something for everyone of all backgrounds to enjoy.

The market will feature over 40 local makers and food trucks. UBC Botanical Garden will also offer fresh auspicious flowers, dried floral arrangements, and potted plants for sale. Enjoy the photo booth, an exciting lion dance and kung fu performance by the UBC Kung Fu Club, and participate in workshops like calligraphy, sweet dumpling dessert-making and watercolour painting.

Tickets include admission to the garden, where you can learn about both cultural and horticultural wonders.
